I agree that the ballots should be sent. I also think we need to get the
discussion and vote on this issue concluded as quickly as possible.

how? Do we need to talk about it a little more? I support the idea of
sending the ballots out of all races, even the unopposed one. All the need
is one vote to get elected, Right? And we do not allow write-in, Right? so
as long as the person running in the unopposed office remembers to vote, they
will be elected.
