Yes.

I would further like to add that I would consider the most efficient
way to add this information would be simply to include a link from
http://www.usgenweb.com/volunteers/mail.html

to the excellent page at:
http://www.usgenweb.com/official/regionmail.html

The volunteers/mail.html page is easy to find; the regionmail page is
not. I haven't seen any links to it from other project pages, and would
not even have known it existed if Teresa had not sent a notice about it
to USGW-CC-L (to which I recently subscribed.)
