On what basis do you find this appropriate? The Bylaws do not give any
project the right to choose another project's Board Rep. The Census Project
was not allowed any input in the choice of the Archives Representative.
Ignoring the stated wished of the Census Project would be a poor way to try
to "heal a rift."
