Following tradition, I'll be subbing the 2 newly elected Board members to
the various lists:

Ellen Pack - SE/MA CC Rep
Richard Harrison - NW/Plains CC Rep

Ken Short, current Board Secretary is already subbed to the lists.

This is being done so that they can get a feel for the Board before their
actual terms start.
They will be allowed to participate in discussions but will not be allowed
to vote until their actual terms start, September 1st.
