What I am not quite clear on this is are we going to set up the Minority
part of this committee at the same time as Majority? Do we select from
same pool of eligible voters?

Should the Advisory Board disapprove the slate of members in its
entirety then the Advisory Board shall choose a new temporary
chairperson and the process shall be repeated. Can the members of the
disapproved slate go back into pool and be reselected? What if there are
not enough volunteer's to choose from? What if there are not enough
from each region so that all can be represented?

Are we going to have a Minority Chair and Majority Chair? Or is one
Chair and one Vice Chair? Richard...
