Can we have two amendments on the floor at the same time?

I approve of Holly's amendment to section 1, and would like to propose
the following amendments to the other two sections to clarify who can
vote for the Board seat in the USGenWeb election (since nominating does
not automatically imply voting):

2. Members of both census projects be allowed to nominate names and vote
for the CP Board position for the election in September.

3. The election to fill the CP position to be conducted by the official
USGenWeb Election Committee. The coordinators of each census project
shall submit a list of qualified voters in their Project to the
Election Committee, with each voter's full name, email address, and
position(s) held.
