The Bylaws state in ARTICLE VI: DUTIES/QUALIFICATIONS OF ADVISORY BOARD,
Section 8: In the event a board member is unable to complete his/her term,
the Advisory Board will appoint a replacement to serve until the next
scheduled election.

Therefore, I move that the Advisory Board appoint
George Waller to fill the position of SC Rep for the Northeast / North
Central Region;
Dick Marston to fill the position of CC Rep for the Northeast / North Central
Region; and
John Smallwood to fill the position of CC Rep for the Southeast / Mid-Atlantic
Region.
