Good morning,

I decided to sleep on the comments made towards the end of the day as the
Newsletter concept seemed to be getting much bigger. I think Phyllis is
correct. While there is clearly overlap here, I do not think we need a
publicity committee to enfold a Newsletter. I think publicising the Project
generally is a long term project involving offering support (as one example)
to CCs to create county brochures that could be disseminated at national,
regional and local level conferences, etc. A Newsletter, on the other hand
seems to me to be a short term responsive tool to help us organize ourselves
and stay connected as a Project.

I personally think these are 2 separate issues/functions. Although an AB
Publicity/Promotion Committee could address both.
