I have one small comment which is more grammatical than anything else, #2
should I think read:
Clarification or strengthening [of] sections;
(word to be added in brackets)

I believe we should have some indication of consensus before moving on to
the next part so would board members please post their acceptance of the
parts or any suggested changes or additions.
