Sorry, it is not at all clear to me from Phyllis' post that the
revised/amended bylaws _will_ be put before the voters; she mentions only
the necessity of Board approval. I would like some specific clarification
on that issue.

I have already suggested changing the dates of operation of this committee
to 2003.
