Silence can also be interpretated as members tired of hearing Sturgie quoted
back and forth as if it were the Holy Grail so much so that they would
rather do something productive and go and do so.

Perhaps its time we appointed a paralimentarian to make these rulings instead
of each member of the AB coming up with their own idea of what PP means for a
given situation.
