As was posted earlier today on this list, a reminder call has been sent out
for volunteers for the committees and the appointments should be posted
this coming Sunday.

I erred in referring to the Publicity/Promotion formation group's report
(posted by Tina Vickery on 2/3) as a motion and therefore moot with my
action to call for volunteers and appoint committees. May I please have a
motion and second to file that report? Both it and the Bylaws formation
group's report will be passed on to those committees when they start up as
well as a summary of the discussion in the Guidelines group.
