I have a question I would like to ask. If this is rescinded Teresa, what are
your thoughts on replacing this motion? How would you suggest the Board
Secretary position be filled? I would like some ideas in this area before we
take this step. I am not against this motion, but before we get into a
position of doing so I would like some thoughts.
