I would agree with Ron, Diane, and Phyllis, providing that this person not
be a current AB member and after establishing the duties of the Secretary,
that the NC be allowed his/her choice of Secretary. If an amendment were
made to establish these parameters I would gladly vote for these
suggestions. In the past, such as in former NC Tim's case and now Holly's
their choice as to whom they could work best with was overlooked. Upon
reflection I think this should be first consideration, also keeping in mind
that the AB be excluded as possible candidates.
