A) I have no problem with permitting the top vote getter to take a two year
seat and number two vote getter to take the one year seat so long it is
clearly specified that this will be the result at the git go.

B) I stand on my previous assessment of this issue and have not seen any
reason to change my mind

C) I think Regional Membership lists with Names Only should be a minimum
requirement for the caliber of person we want to see as CCs. If they are too
concerned about privacy to have their name listed, they should not be a CC
in a forum like ours.

D) I think it is reasonable for qualified voters to register annually and
for SCs to verify their qualification.
