11 have voted, affirmatively, on the list. In addition Robert Bremer sent
the following to myself and the RAL:

"I will be out of touch Tuesday through Friday this week. Since the amended
motion 02-09 will come to a vote during that time, you can count my vote as
"yes." Thanks."

The position regarding proxy votes has not been resolved but since Robert's
vote does not decide the issue, I will count it. Thus the motion is
declared passed with 12 yes votes and 3 not voting.
