I think this motion is very ill conceived, and I will not support it. This
Board and previous boards have always had the perceived veil of secrecy
associated with it and its use of the Board-Exec list. This motion will do
nothing to dispel that, and furthermore will cement that belief in the mind
of the USGenWeb Project Community.

Very bad idea.
