Actually, I think we've been doing a pretty good job of discussing the
issue right here and don't know that a committee is necessary for something
this simple. This open discussion has given Project members the opportunity
to input and the various companies under consideration all have websites
that can be checked. People have had the opportunity to relate their good
or bad experiences with the providers.

When I first heard about GoDaddy, I admit I was concerned about the
reputation of any place with a name like that and prices so low. A little
checking has shown that they are a reputable provider and several of our
members have used them without problem.

A larger problem is developing a way to meet our small, but ongoing,
expenses. I'ts rather embarrassing to have to go begging each time there is
a bill to be paid and we all appreciate Tim Stowell stepping up to the
plate on this one. A priority for the new Board should be forming a
committee to address the issue of funding.
