I do realize that I did not express myself well. It seems to me that
we are discussing two separate issues.

1. The one-time (with future renewals) of the domains, and other one
time costs (i.e. the service mark); and,

2. The creation of a standing committee to address fundraising for
the USGenWeb Project.

I am very much against the USGenWeb Project participating in #2.
