Good point!

I anticipated that under the circumstances there would be little or no
discussion regarding this appointment.

Any member who has comments that would be most appropriately made
privately, is invited to post them to the EXEC list. If no comments are
posted by 9:00 am PDT tomorrow, I will call for a vote on this motion. If
there are comments and discussion on EXEC, I will call for a vote at their
conclusion.

The vote on this issue will be the first one of this session. It will also
serve as a roll call to insure that everyone is in communication. Please
vote "Yes," "No" or "Abstain" as quickly as possible when the vote is
called for.

Another reminder: Items may be added to the agenda or to the Discussion
Boards at any time by contacting the me.
