I was not a member of the AB when the R.A.L. was declared a member not in
good standing. It would appear that the posts that were sent from Board
Exec were deliberate and wrong. I'm not about to second guess what the
purpose was.

I see punishment without an end....

1. - Was a time period stated at the time, ie. a 30 day sanction?
2. - Was the R.A.L. afforded an opportunity to speak in her behalf?
3. - Has anyone bothered to ask the R.A.L. why? I'd sure like to know
what precipitated the incident.
4. - Does this AB have the right to remove the R.A.L. from her duties?
I would think that as an elected official, the only ones to have that
right would be those that elected her. A petition would have to be
filed for a recall election.
5. Has the NC looked into these matters, and made an attempt to
have a meeting with the R.A.L.?

My election administration and elected board background, lead me to this
conclusion.

Bottom line is, whether I agree or not, if the members do not petition to
recall, then we need to reinstate.
