Perhaps but I believe some members made comments with their votes - a practice
heretofor not allowed. That their comments were allowed and mine not -

Just where are comments that are not in agreement with the Agenda, allowed?
Obviously the -ALL list is now dead. The Discuss list is under the watchful
eye as well.

Perhaps its time for a list not under the dominion of the NC/AB for the
members
to feel free to speak their mind regarding subjects of concern regarding
the Project.

Ah, but that would be only after you requested the defeat of the motion.
That's
not the purpose of the Chair of a meeting to do such but then this is no
ordinary
meeting.

As you full well know, I had a hard drive crash on 10/23. I've reviewed
your post there and I'm sure there are portions of Sturgis that call into
question the Chair's actions as well. Perhaps review of that would be well
advised
to be looked at.
