This is to confirm that I sent out an "S.O.S." to vote "yes" on Motion
02-17.

This area was hit with an ice storm that left an accumulation of 1 1/2
inches and was immediately followed by 12 inches of snow. County came in
and cleared as much of the road to the highway as possible, yesterday
evening.
