I was told and I quote: "You'll need to ask the NCGWP". Well as I said in
my last post, I wrote to Derrick. I received his reply, and he asks the NC
to address this matter, as he does not intend to waste his time.

Looks like I'm back to square one, after having made a big circle.

Mr. NC will you now please address this situation.
