Mr. NC and Fellow Board Members,

I would like to request a ruling from the Parliamentarian, as to just
*exactly* what this motion means. Is this a motion by the AB to remove the
GA SC? If not, will the AB be allowed to vote again on the GA SC's removal?

I'm sure that all of us would like to know exactly what we are voting on.
Please understand that I was the one who was uncertain of Bill's motion.
