Jan,

I think I misread your question... But the answer comes down to the same
principle. Yes, a CC who becomes an SC is "still represented" as a CC
regarding the way they handle their county site(s). But once a CC
becomes an SC, they now have an SC Rep to represent them in their SC
capacity. So, if the issue is what a person does as an SC, their CC
status has no bearing and if the issue is what a person does as a CC,
their status as an SC has no bearing.

This just makes me wonder, if a CC becomes an SC, do they cease to be
CC's, even though they do county pages? Are they no longer represented
as CC's?
