I'm confused. There is no ruling on Karen's motion although it was seconded
by two AB members. However, it appears that the NC is applying a strict
interpretation of the rule of removal and probably does intend to extend the
courtesy of a formal ruling on Karen's motion.....since it has been
sincerely and duly made.
But, why was Tina's motion allowed to proceed to discussion and vote, when
it was also in conflict with a strict application of the rule of removal?
Are not all AB members created equal?
