Respectfully Bill, while it might be the ideal that these matters got
handled in state, the reason the AB is here is because some states do
not have such policies in effect.

Quite frankly, if the CC's in any state are dissatisfied, it should not
be the AB that passes judgment.
Whether together or as factions, the AB has tried to accommodate two
states and some of their internal problems. As hindsight I believe that
we have erred and that it was never the intent of the original founders
of this federation. Neither of the two states has violated anything
that would cause the AB to disassociate from them [delink them]. If the
CC's wish to recall any of their leaders then they must internally set
up a process for them to do so and not pass the "buck" to the AB.
Our dislikes toward people has led us into personality fights causing us
to lose sight of our purpose and function. There is "fairness" only
according to single viewpoints and certainly no justice.
