Once a motion is on the floor it belongs to the assembly, not to the person
who made or seconded it. Members have until 10:15 this evening to vote on
the Motion to Table and it is possible (though highly unlikely) for it to
pass.

Although there are serious matters to deal with, there is no emergency. The
issues to be dealt with will not be substantively affected by waiting until
this evening to resume discussion on Motion 03-11.
