Can't Jana,

but if NIGS is a standard by which SCs deprive CCs of membership,
shouldn't USGW set better defined standards for project membership?

Since few CCs have NIGS designations hanging over them, I wonder like
you do; Aren't they better off with a well defined definition of NIGS
and to protect them if they need to appeal?
