I have to speak to #4.

4) development of a set of "across the board" guidelines defining the
line between what the CC is responsible for and what the SC is
responsible for.

____

I really don't think there is a fine line (assuming the first 'line'
above should be fine). I see the role of SC as a facilitator, an
administrator, and a "cheerleader" for XXGenWeb Project and the
USGenWeb Project. I would be very hard pressed to do what they all
do so well!

The SC:

(1). Maintains the state pages.

(2). Provides resources at the state level.

(3). Assists and directs visitors to appropriate
county/state/USGenWeb and other resources as appropriate based on
their request.

(4). Assists County Coordinators with questions they may have,
provides information to the National level of USGenWeb as it relates
to USGenWeb Project business.

(5). Administers XXGenWeb Project mailing list(s).

(6). Is a member of the State-Coordinator list to participate and to
pass on information to the State XXGenWeb as appropriate.

Have I missed anything?

Tina
