This may be well and good in terms of time, but it does not address the
positive place of diversity among SCs within the Project to prevent both
burn-out and too narrow a field. Ideally, IMO< there would be different
SCs for every state.....

Limiting the number of states that you can SC sounds reasonable in
theory, but I think Jan's right. I mean, being SC of Delaware would
probably be a little different than being SC of Texas <g>. Someone who
is working 3 jobs to try to make ends meet would have a little different
time constraints than someone who just won the lottery. I'm not sure
it's practical to try to determine how much work is too much for someone
else.
