Mr. NC:

I have received a message from one of my constituents who has raised a very
valid point. Before I would be willing to endorse the slate of candidates
presented to us by the EC, I would like to have an answer to his question.

Clarified it is this: Nola Duffy has been suggested as a replacement
candidate in the SE/MA region. However, there was no vacancy reported. One
has to assume that Bettie Wood has submitted her resignation from that
position. Is this what has happened?

Two candidates were to be suggested for the SC/SW region, but only one has
been. Why?
