One concern regarding the September minutes . . .

During the period of time when Isaiah was gone, I did not vote because I
was acting chair. It is a minor detail, but I'm listed as "not voting".

When I was AB Rec. Sec. I handled this kind of situation by simply not
listing the acting chair under any of the voting categories (ie yes, no,
abstain, not voting).
