The more "balking" at being open and answering the question as to why a
replacement is needed in the SE/MA region, and only one candidtate needed
when there are two vacancies in the SW/SC region, the more suspicion is cast
on the integrity of the EC.

There is NOTHING breaking confidentiality of the WORK of the EC by their
being open in regards to what regions what members are serving in.

To repeat: The candidates are submitted as being appointed to serve on the
EC. They are submitted BY REGION. They are approved to serve on the EC by
region.

So, what is the EC trying to hide?
