Subject: [BOARD-L] Revision of EC Procedures
Date: Wed, 15 Oct 2003 17:16:49 -0500
Section A: Part 3: numbered 7 for revision purposes
The EC will have the right to petition the AB for the removal of an AB
member? You have a total of 12 members and if 7 of them vote to remove an
AB member, you can accomplish what Parliamentary Authority requires be done
by petition of those who elected the AB member? It would still require a
vote of the general membership, but only those who elect should be able to
petition for such a vote.
If you are referring to an AB member who is on the EC, then this paragraph
is redundant, because an EC member is an EC member regardless of whatever
other position in USGW P might be held.
