Ellen,

Thank you. I think that now I've gotten the intent of the paragraph in
question. Would you consider one more adjustment to it to reflect that this
refers to the AB member chosen to serve alongside the NC as an Advisor?

Example only: By majority vote, the EC may petition the AB to remove their
chosen Advisor to the EC for the same reasons....etc.

I agree that once the person's position in regard to the EC is specified,
there is no redundacy.
