Since Article VII - Election Procedures, Section 3 - specifically states
"The voting period shall be July 1 through July 31.", I vote NO on this
motion.

If the EC is not able to conduct an election and a run-off during this
period of time, I would be more inclined to accept, the person with the most
votes, be declared the winner, regardless of the percentage.
