It has been moved by Larry and seconded by SHARI that the Family Group
Sheet Project be approved as a Special Project of The USGenWeb Project.

It is my great pleasure to announce that with 10 members voting YES, 1
member voting NO and 4 members not yet voting, the motion passes.
