It has been moved by Gail and seconded by Larry that the appointment of
Greta Thompson as Secretary be confirmed by the Board.

I do not anticipate any discussion on this, but will wait for 24-hours
before calling for a vote.

I am going off-line to set-up my NEW COMPUTER! Mrs. NC was very good to me
this Christmas. If things go smoothly, I should be back in a few hours. In
the meantime, discussion on Motion 04-02 (Mediation) may continue.
