Gail,
The current bylaws only call for "prominent display" of the USGenWeb logo
and prominent display is subject to interpretation. On my three PA sites, I
prominently display the logo at near the bottom of the page - near the link
to the well-used Query boards.
Should the bylaw revisions pass, I'm sure that all the CCs in PA - as well
as the rest of the US - will move the logos to the top of the page or
"above the scroll" or wherever is required.
Because CCs in PA have voiced concern over the how the issue of a new logo
is being handled, they are not subject to any more - or less - scrutiny than
any other USGenWeb county site.
