Way off base with the charges Richard. Of course it is. It absolutely is.
The membership are not stupid people. They know your voting record, No
change, No change, No change. They know the voting records of all of us.

It is democracy to abide by project rules, not by your rules, not by what
you want the rules to be, or how you want the exact wording of the bylaws to
be.

Now you said it, so name one unruleful proposal that was rammed through. You
said it. You are challenged. Show us where the bylaws or Sturgis was
abridged......"rammed through indeed"

The inarguable facts are every proposed amendment....every single one, was
discussed at length, and then voted upon twice by the BRC before it ever
made it to the AB.

Rammed through indeed. Saur grapes galore too, just because the votes didn't
go your no changes way????, Rammed through over your objection. Is that what
you mean? It's a matter of interpretation I understand.

Anyone who wants to know where you are coming from needs only look at
archives of your listmail posts, and your voting record, NO, NO, NO,
practically every proposed improvement, it was NO, practically every
proposal, if it had the minutest change, was NO, NO, NO, or no vote at all..
Did you ever think no one would notice.

So you now want to play games with the volunteers who did the heavy lifting,
destroy two years of work? Shame on you for being so insensitive....though
you have every right to be insensitive if you want to. You can even deny the
vote to volunteers if you want to.....and if you can garner NO CHANGES
support. After all, you know best don't you?.

Don Kelly who votes the majority opinion every time........and proud of it.
