It has been moved and seconded that the proposed revisions be reworked in
such a way that they can be presented to the general membership as separate
amendments, in order that
the general membership may vote to accept, or reject, each individual
amendment.

Please vote YES if in favor, NO if opposed. Members will have until 8:45 AM
MST, Sunday, June 20 to cast their votes.
