It has been moved by Phyllis and seconded by Bettie that a separate mailing
list be established for the purpose of creating an open forum for
interaction between the BRC and the general
membership in regard to the bylaws revision process.

Please vote YES if in favor NO if opposed. Members will have until 10:30 am
MST, Tuesday, July 08, 2004, to cast their ballots.
