The majority of people I have heard from do not want guidelines nor to vote
on guidelines.
They feel such matters should be handled by the SC at the state level and
come only to the AB if not resolved at the state level.
I'll vote if the majority wants it, but one problem in three years does not
warrant much black ink, or a single sleepless night.
That's IMHO based on what I hear.
Guidelines if necessary should be at the barest minimum level of detail, no
cut off dates, cannot go there.
