David, you have to admit that the committee name is Bylaws Review Committee
(BRC), not Bylaws Amendment Committee (BAC)

So how do you, or anyone else, generate an amendment from a revision?

The BRC did not generate Amendments, they generated revisions. We never
thought otherwise, so add intent to the mix.

Lastly, if someone incorrectly spoke, what difference does that make? They
are by any name still revisions. "A rose by any other name still.........."

Don
