No, the motion was whether to dismantle the procedures committee and
replace it with a permanent grievance committee that could finish the
work of establishing a fair and non-partial grievance procedure. The
motion was voted down, so the previously established committee is still
in existence, and none of the members have resigned from it.
Unfortunately, we haven't been able to try to move forward with a
procedure, since the list we were using was revoked in anticipation of
using it for a grievance that has since been dropped, and no
arrangements have been made for a replacement or alternate list for GPC
use.
