OK. This seems to work. I move to amend motion 05-12 to read: I move that the current Grievance Procedure Committee be officially dismissed with thanks.The National Coordinator shall form a new Grievance Procedure Committee to be composed of seven volunteers, two (2) from the Advisory Board and five (5) from the general membership. Replacements for vacancies on this committee will maintain 5-2 balance and a mailing list will be provided. Don
