As I've pointed out, I don't think it's fair to be having this
discussion right now -- the special projects have no representation, and
there other AB members that are on vacation and unable to take part,
which leaves their constituents without a voice as well. But since I
don't want to lose my opportunity to discuss, I'll go ahead.
Scott makes very good points, and I would support his suggestions with
no reservations. I hope that he will reconsider his reluctance to
propose an amendment by substitution and make such a motion.
