Subject: Seating of George Waller on the Advisory Board

Although many members may feel that the election of George Waller to the
board has been decided, at least one individual has objected based on his
reading of Sturgis' section regarding the resignation of officers. I'd like
to see the board discuss this and make a decision. If he is to be seated,
this would remove any cloud over the validity of his membership on the
board. If he his not to be seated it would expedite the process by which
the SCs in the NE region would have representation on the board.
